Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in pursuance of law and of a resolution resolu-tion and order of the Board of Coni-iniu6ionerb Coni-iniu6ionerb of Ogden City, Utah, adopted and passed on the 2Sth day or June. 1913, a special election Is hereby culled and will be held In each of the five Municipal wards of Ogden City, U'.;ih, on the 28th day oi July, 1913. for the purpose of submitting to a ote ol the qualified electors who shall hae paid a property tax in Ogden Cltj in the year 1912, the question whether said Board of Commissioners Commission-ers shall be authorized, allowed and permitted to create and Incur a bonded bond-ed indebtedness of $75,000 00 and issue is-sue bonds of the said city of Ogden ( ity therefor, to be U8ed for th purpose pur-pose of paying part of the cost ror the construction of a dam on the south fork of Ogden rlvor to Impound water for tho Municipal wuter works tyslem of Bald Ogden City. Said bonds to bo redeemable $25.000 00 iu live years, $25,000.00 in six years, and $26,000.00 in seven yearn from the dale of issue, and to bear Interest at the rate of H E (5j per ceut por annum, payable semi-annually. That the following arc the places designated for the purpose of holding haid election, and which said election will be held lu each of the Municipal Wards of said Ogden City, respectivo- yin the First Municipal Ward, at the City Hall. In tho Second Municipal Ward at Dr F. Parker's office. 324 24th Street. Ia tho Third Municipal Word, at I the Mound Fort School House, No 1200 Washington Avenue. In tho Fourth Municipal Ward, at the County Court House. In the Fifth Municipal Ward, at the Lewis School, 28th street, between Washington and Adams Avenues. That the following persons, whe arc electors in their respective wards, are hereby appointed as Judges of election, to conduct, and who will conduct con-duct said elections in the said respective respec-tive wards in tho City of Ogden. For the First Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, R. D. Pldcock. Henry M. Mack and Mrs. Margaret P. Bingham For the Second Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, David W. Evans. J. E. Williams and Georgina G. Marriott Mar-riott For the Third Municipal Ward of said Ogden City, W W. Crane, Edwin Dix and Henry Barker For the Fourth Municipal Ward of said Ogden Cltv. H. C. Wardlelgh, Henry E Steele and Mrs Matilda Lucas. Lu-cas. For the Fifth Municipal Ward of Kaid Ogden City, C. H. Husscy, Mrs. Sarah L. Riser and Thomas A. Wha-len. Wha-len. That the time during which the polls shall be and remain open In each of said Wards in the said election, aa above stated, shall be from seven o'clock in the forenoon, continuously, until seven o'clock In the afternoon of said 28th day or July, IMS. That the amount of the Indebtedness Indebted-ness proposed to be Incurred by Ogden Og-den City, if legally authorized, permitted per-mitted and allowed to do so by thi election, shall be the sum of $75,000.00, v hich sum of money shall be used In paying part of the coat of tho construction con-struction of a dam to Impound water In the south fork of Ogden river, to be usod and distributed through the present water works system of Ogden City wherever needed within said city.
