Every person or persons in Utah who may be en gaged In business under an assumed name, firm or company name or designation, des-ignation, who are not Incorporated and who have not . ompllcd with section sec-tion 25 of the session laws of 1913. are subject now to prosecution for a misdemeanor by the county authorities au-thorities of the county In which they are doing business. It Is required that the affidavits net forth the names, home addresses, business address and postofflce address of every person owning any Interest in any such cmpany, partnership or concern which ll not regularly incorporated under the laws of this or some other state and which has a name or designation not the exact name of the owner himself. him-self.
