Show NOTICE. SPECIAL ROAD TAX ELECTION. West Warren, Warren & Randall, Weber County, Utah. Notice is hereby given that in pursuance pur-suance of resolutions adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Weber County blah, on June 30, 1913, Special Elections are hereby called in West W arren, Warren ana Randall Road Districts of Weber county, Utah, on Tuesday, July 22, 1913, at the school house at West Warren, and at the residence of H J Randall at Randall in said districts, between the hours of 7 o'clock a m. and 7 o'clock p m on said day, for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors within said district a proposition to authorize the Board or County Cora inissioners of Weber County, Utah, to levy for the fiscal year 1913, a district dis-trict road tax of five (5) mills on all the taxable propertj within each ot said districts, to be used exclusively for the construction and repair oi roads and highways situate therein. Only registered voters residing with in said districts who shall have paid property tax thereon in the year One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twelve (1912) shall be entitled to vote .it such election. The following named persons have been duly appointed by the said Board to conduct 6uch special elections; Randall H. J. Randall. James H. Roylance and George Randall Warren William T Wayment, Joseph Jo-seph Skeen and J M Wade. West Warren Frank Barrows, Jas, G Belnap and Joseph Hod6on.
