Show TO THE TAXPAYERS OF OGDEN CITY For the purpose of raising means to carry through the Joint agreement between Ogden City and the Ogden Rivex Reservoir company, to build a dam in South Fork lo impound a BUficient quantity of water to ensure ,ui ample supply ol water for Ogden City during the mouths of July, August Au-gust and September, ll will bo necessary nec-essary to raise approximately .125,-000 .125,-000 on in addition to the $28,000.00 raised by a two mills levy in 1912. The Water Works department is now $76,000.00 within the bond limit, lim-it, having retired $50,000.00 in 1912 and 1918 from revenue derived from the Department. There are two ways of raising this money. First, and in our Judgment the better way, by voting bonds in the amount of $75,000.00, which will bo paid by revenue derived from the ater Works Department. The only other way to raise this money is by making a direct levy of six mills, payable In tho fall of 1913. The taxpayers are earnestly requested re-quested to give this matter careful . onyideration before puling judgment. judg-ment. And we sincerely hope that the bond issue will be voted, for tho reasons above stated, viz: that It may not be necessary to levy a special tax for this purpose. A. G. FELL, Mh vor-commissioner T. S.
