The court then took up for consid eration the order to show cause wh.. the defendant In the divorce case of Anna C Coleman against Albert (' Coleman should not be required to pay attorney fees, costs of suit and ali-mon ali-mon Mrs Coleman testified that she, with her husband has been conduct ing th Eldora rooming house on Twenty-fifth street and that she ownii an interest In the place, but that, b-cause b-cause of an estrangement, she now desires a divorce and must havi means with which to prosecute the case and support herself and two children chil-dren She said that her husband had refused to honor accounts contracted by her-and that she Is without means, except a dollar a day that her hus band has been paying her since divorce di-vorce proceedings were Instituted The court ordered that the defendant defend-ant pay $30 a month temporary aii-monv aii-monv and advance suit money and attorney fees oo |
