He stated that the W O W tod iv occupied the enviable position of being be-ing looked to as the model fraternal order, furnishing safe insurance on that basis. Mr Hoover stated that one of the reasons for the excellent condition of the order and its ability to maintain itself as a permanent organization was the fact that it operated in the most healthful territory of the world, not even barring Switzerland, which for many years has been looked upon as I the healthiest land In the world.
