If there are any sub-I sub-I scribers of the said proposed South Fork Reservoir Companv who claim that they have not bad proper notice, or a proper opportunity to subscribe i for water rights at cost from the said j Ogden River Reservoir Company, they are hereby notified that the right to make such subscription Is hereby again granted to all the subscribers of the proposed South Fork Reservoir Company, provided applications.
