Show M. S. BROWNING j IS ELECTED Rrisham City. Feb. 13. The directors direc-tors of the State Bank of Bngham City met csterda and effected a complete reorganisation of directors and officers. The late David Enk, of Ogden was the bank's president tuntil his death. In his place M S. Il'.rownlng was named as head of the thanking institution. Other oflcers are as follows: P.
