L. ' B. & M. bears N. 735' E, 1S40 feet distant; thence N. 6351' E. 5617 ft. to corner No. 2; thence S. 3904' W. ' 758.3 feet to corner No. 3; thence S. 63il' W. 562.0 feet to corner No. 4; thence N. 1923' E. 246.1 feet to corner No. 5; thence S. 5030 E. 87.4 feet to corner No. 6; thence N. 3838' E. 528.4 feet to corner No. 1, the place of beginning, containing 3.759 acres, exclusive of conflicts with Surveys Sur-veys Numbers 5179 Arbitrator Lode; 86 St. John's lode; 5434 Geisha Lode except tract A, B, C, D, E, F, thereof. Said claim is located in the NW of Sec. 2 and NE'A of Sec. 3, Tp. 4 S.. Range 3 W., S. L. B. & M and the amended location notice of said lode was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of Salt Lake County, Utah, on October 27, 1924 and thereafter recorded at page 177! of Book L of Locations of the official offi-cial records In said office.
