With four American battleships steaming toward Guantanamo, the force of marines immediately im-mediately available for the protection of foreign life and property in Cuba is increased to more than 1,500, Altogether, Al-together, the battleships .Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi and Ohio the fourth division or tho Atlantic fleet which put out from Key West late yesterday under Rear Admiral Ucher, have on board nearly S00 marines.
