Show CANDIDATES FOR COUNTY OFFICES County Surveyor J. S. Corlew, successor suc-cessor by appointment to J. II. Craven, is a candidate for the nomination for surveyor on the Republican ticket. He has advised the delegates to the Republican county convention, which will be held In Ogden September 7, to that effecL So far, there s no opposition op-position to him. William H. Anderson, who twice ran for sheriff on the Deraocratlo ticket, has of late been Importuned by his friends to permit his name to be placed on the Democratic ticket for that office thi6 year.
