Show OHIO COPPER IS SUED FOR DAMAGES In the district court this afternoon T, D. Ryan, as administrator of the estate of Francisco Contantino, deceased, de-ceased, commenced suit against the Ohio Copper company to recover $3000 for the death of the decedant The complaint alleges that on August Au-gust 31, 1011, while the decedant was working for the defendant company In Its mines at Bingham, he was so Injured in an explosion of giant powder pow-der that he died September 3 of the same year It is alleged that the blasting was done carelessly and negligently neg-ligently by tho defendant company. It is stated in tho complaint that a wife and four childron survive Mr. Constantino and that they were all dependent on him for a living. |
