NO , j ' REASONABLE OFFER REFUSED. Stock, Fixtures, everything, I must go, to satisfy as far aG possible the debts of this firm. The only thing we ask of the buying public Is that you come ar.d buy I this new stock of goods at your own price. Only help us tj move f every article out of the store In the shortest possible space of time. I The Globe Clothing Co. has for many years past been one of the I most reliable Clothing and Furnishing Store In Ogden. Every article I of merchandise bought by this firm has been of the best, both In 1 make and material. This Spring they bought an enormous stock of I new, up-to-date goods on the expectation that the double tracking of J one railroad and the building to Ogden of another would start at I once and would employ thousands of men. The work has not start-M start-M ed, the men have not arrived; the Globe Clothing Co. has an enor-I enor-I mous stock of goods on hand. Bills fell due and the final chapter I in their history has arrived and they are forced to surrender uncon-Jr uncon-Jr . dltionally. The creditors tried to dispose of the stock In lump, but 11W could not find a buyer with the large amount of money necessary Ijf to purchase this enormous stock; so they turned Jt over to the Naif Na-if tional Adjustment Association with Instructions to close It out at any W price they could obtain for It. Therefore the great sacrifice will jj commence with a terrible slaughter of prices on I Saturday Morning : Jaime 83 1912, 8 a. m. ; f i tL " "' 4 Svrvfftvfflff t v " r 'tJ9 3.' if 1 fty ' .
