Show NOTICE OF INTENTION Notice is hereby given by the Board of Commissioners of Ogden City, Utah, of the intention of said Board of Commission to make tho following fol-lowing Improvements, to-wit:- To lay out, establish and open a public street, to bo named "Porter Avenue," North and South through parts of Lota 10, 11 and 12, Block 4, South Ogden Survey of Ogden City Survey, said avenue to bo 6G feet wide, being 33 foot in width on the East sido of tho center line of said Porter Avenue as now openod aaid dedicated In Woodmansoo's Main Street Addition a.d 33 feet in width on tho West side of said center line, running North and South the whole distanco betwoen 30lh Street and 31st Street, The estimated cost of said Im- nrnvmAnf ic Sfifift fin The district hereby ueclared to bo benefited and affected by said Improvement Im-provement Is tho whole of tho said avenuo to be opened and now opened between 30th and 31st Streets, and a strip of land EC feet in width on cither cith-er and both sides of said avenue when opened as proposed and abutting thereon. For tho payment of tho costs and oxpensefl of making said improvements improve-ments the said Board of Commisslon-i Commisslon-i ors Intend to levy and collect special and local taxes and assessments upon the lots, parts of lots, and pieces of ground abutting upon the said avenuo ave-nuo and adjacent thereto, and upon the land lying and bolng within the boundaries of the district hereby created and declared to be benefited by reason of said Improvement. Tho district hereby declared to be benefited and affected by said Improvement Im-provement and to be taxed to pay the costs and expenses of the same is a strip of land 50 feet wide abutting on the East side of said Porter Avenuo Ave-nuo when opened and as now ooened between 30th and 31st Streets, being part of Lots 10 and 12. Block -i, South Ogden Surrev, and part of Lots 14 to IS inc. Block S, Woodmanseo's Main Street Add. Ogden City Survey, and a strip of land 50 feet in width abutting on the West side of said Porter Avenuo as above, being part of Lots 10,11 and 12. Block 4. South Ogden Survey, and part of Lots 1 to 5 Inc. Block 7. Woodmanseo's Main Street Addition, Ogden City Survey.
