Nyo reported that the Ogden Rapid Transit company com-pany had asked for an extension of timo lu the mattor of grading and paving the roadbed on North Washington Wash-ington avonue becauso of tho heavy traffic at this time and ho thought tho extension should be given. The commissioner stated that he thought tho work could be done in September Septem-ber oj October. Claims presented by contractors J, P.
