S Commissioner Charles Baldwin for his appearance In Indianapolis March 12. Munsey Is Included In tho list of 51 labor union leaders against whom Indictments In-dictments wcro returnpd by the federal fed-eral grand jury at Indianapolis, the charge being complicity and participation participa-tion in the dynamiting cases in .which, through country-wide operation, num. erous buildings have been wrecked through explosions. Munsey is also under un-der indictment by tho state court In California, charge'd with complicity In the dynamiting of the Los Angclea Times' building. Following his Indictment in Indianapolis Indian-apolis and his subsequent arrest his bonds were fixed at .?5,000, in default of which he has remained In the county jail until this morning. Today tho local government officials offi-cials received telegraphic authority ; that Munsey might be released upon his own porsonal bond, the Intimation beiug given that the International Association As-sociation of Bridge and Structural Iron Workers had guaranteed his appearance ap-pearance In Indianapolis for trial, and that the association would provide the necessary bail bond Munsey appeared before Commissioner Commis-sioner Baldwin this forenoon and after af-ter signing his personal bond was released re-leased He will leave for Indianapolis Indianapo-lis in time to be present at the arraignment ar-raignment of the union leaders on March 12. |
