Show CARNAHAN ESTATE IS CLOSED Before resuming tho hearing of the case of Anson C. Call against the Davis Da-vis Light & Power company this morning Judge Harris considered tho following probate matters: In the matter of guardianship of Vera Luty, a minor, the petition for allowance wns granted. The hearing of the petition for approval, ap-proval, allowance and settlement of final account and for distribution in the estate of Elizabeth Boyle, deceased, deceas-ed, was continued for one week to give the parties protesting tho nctl-tlon nctl-tlon time to file a brief and to argue the law question regarding tho advisability ad-visability of settling the estate at this time. Tho protesting parties claim an interest in the estate, which Is proposed to bo distributed to other parties. In the estate of James V. Shupc, dcc.eaf.ed, Solomon and Hyrum Shupc were appointed administrators under a bond of $1,000. The petition for final settlement of tho estate of the late Dr. John D. Camahan was granted and it was ordered or-dered thnt the cstato bo closed and tho administrator released from fur-thor fur-thor obligations. A like order was made lu the estate of Almlra Green, deceased. In the matter of tho estate of Mary Ann Chlnn, deceased, the petition for final settlement of the estate was granted |
