Tho parties Yerp married November 14, 1900, and the complaint alleges that the defendant has failed utterly 'to provide the 'noceesltios of life for more t,han a year past, and that lu September, 1911, he willfully deserted the home, -since which time he has remained away. Mrs. Carr also says that Robert is possessed of a bad temper and that ho has been cruel and Inhuman toward to-ward her.
