The lease on the store premises has about 4 1-2 years to run at a monthly rental of $110.00 per month, and can be transferred to the purchaser under the same terms and conditions as the present lease nowcarrles. Plans and specifications may bo had at the office of the Board of School Trustees Coalville, Utah, or at the office of J. E. Allon, architect, Knight Block. Provo. Utah, by depositing depos-iting a check of $15 00 for the return of plans, said check to be made payable pay-able to the Board of School Trustees. Proposals will be received for different dif-ferent systems of heating and ventilation, ventila-tion, but must be a system which will not change the general plan or layout of the building. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check for 5 per cent of tho amount of the proposal, made payable to the Board of School Trustees of Coalville School District No. 2, as a guarantee that the accepted bidder will enter Into contract and give an approved bond within one week after said contract Js awarded, otherwise the amount to be forfeited to said district The board will meet at their office at the above date and publicly open and read all proposals. t The right Is reserved to reject any and all bids.
