Show BRIflEOF I0ITB SUES f DjrplVORCE Mrs. Mary E. Rowe Shields has filed a bill in the district court asking ask-ing tho annulment of her marrlago to John H. Shields, which took placo at Brlgham City, on December 8, of last year. The plaintiff represents that at the time of her marrlago Shields had another wife, Emma J. Shields, residing resid-ing in Salt Lake City. Shields was arrested by tho Box Elder authorities about Dec. 15, on a charge of forgery and horse stealing Ho was wanted at Soda Springs, Ida,, and bis arrost took placo on instructions instruc-tions from Sheriff E. E. Harrison, of this county. Eight days before his arrest Shields was united in marriage ' to Miss May E. Rowo, an Ogden girl. They lived together up to the time of his arrest, when It wns learned that he had another wife living in Salt Lake. Tho man has been taken back to Idaho for prosecution on the charges preferred against him thoro. |
