Show JURY VIEWS SCENE OF ACCIDENT The James F. Murray damage suit against the Utah Canning company, Is practically at an end, after having taken up the Unio of the court and a Jury since last Monday morning. Thero Is but little more teatlmony to bo Introduced and the jury visited, tho canning factory this afternoon. Tho testimony given In the ca6e today to-day by the defense was to the effect that the overload line shafting In tho factory is the safest that could be -- operated In the ostamlishment and that it la much better and safer overhead over-head than it would be on the floor, whoro.so many of. the employes would necessarily come In contact with it It was also stated by tho witnesses that the refiner could not be placed in a safer plac eln the factory than that which it occupied at tho time of the accident, those testifying to these facts being experienced factory and machine men as follows: George H Mafcson, J.
