Show FATAL ACCIDENT AT DEIITS SHOE A fatal accident occurred at the plant of the Union Portland Cement company at Devils Slide about noon yesterday when ,E. H Cameron, foreman fore-man in charge of all blasting operations, opera-tions, was instantly killed by a. fall of rock in the gravel pit. ills skull waa crushed and both arms and one leg brokeu when he was caught under the death-dealing avalanche.
