FIRST BOAT TO REACI DAWSON Dawson, Yukon Territory, June 13. The first through ' bemt "from White Horse this year arrived yesterday, bringing in 150 passengers and nine hundred sacks of mall which had been delivered during tho winter. Half of the passengers will stay hero and tho others will go on to Fairbanks and Idltarod. Residents of Idltarod have had none hut smoked meat during the last month.
