Show What Is Your Pet Peeve? IS it the partner who trumps your ace? Is it the pest who calls yoa on the 'phone and makes you guess who it is? Nearly every one of us has some one or more things that, make us think of homicide as an understandable and forgiveable undertaking. un-dertaking. Cosmopolitan Magazine has been asking the question of a number of famous people, and in the June issue, James Hilton tells HIS pet peeve. The famous author of "Lost Horizon" Hor-izon" suggests that in this country we are still at liberty to have a pet peeve or two. In most of Europe today, peeves are not permitted. The Gestapo sees to that. But here' we still enjoy the luxury of a good healthy peeve. That's our good luck. And there are a few things, Mr. Hilton believes we have a right to be peeved about: 1 For instance, there's the men who snarls because he cannot get) new tires to replace his own, which are wearing so thin he doesn't dare drive at his accustomed high speed.
