Show June Selectes Announced 191S Cache County Men Now in Service Raising to 1918 the total number num-ber of Cache county men in the armed forces, approximately 70 more will leave soon for various armed services, it was announced today by the local selective service board. Most of the group are 18 and 19 year old selectees, many who have just graduated from high schools. They have been examined at Fort Douglas reception center and are on 14-day pre-inductiou furlougs. Cache county had furnished 1417 men to the army, 300 to the navy, 57 to the marine corps, 16 to the coast guard and 58 to the national guard, at the end of May.
