Foreman Edward Penpraze of the Yo-unite Mining Co., entertained his friends with a radio party on the night of the Dtmpsey-Tunney fight. A birthday party was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. R. Myerhoffer in honor of Mrs. Myerhoffer's birthday birth-day anniversary. Wednesday evening. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Sime Peterson, Mr. and Mrs. Percy Penpraze, Mr. and Mrs. A. Blum, Miss Stella Myerhoffer of Salt LaW and others. Mrs. Myerhoffer was tho recipient of many useful presents. Mrs. Percy Penpraze and Mrs. Elmer El-mer Seal entertained on Thursday evening with a miscellaneous shower in honor of Mrs. Ralph Beck nee Venus Walker, a recent Lark bride. A large number of ladies were present. pres-ent. Ice cream and cake was served and cards played. Mrs. Beck's gifts were numerous and costly. |
