putman a representative of the utah power and light company called the attention of the council to the fact that the old contract expired on the night of dec 31 he ile then stated that the utah power and light company has bas extensive plans for entering this field ne negotiations otla regarding the situation in price being only a very small factor in the complete plans carbon and emery counties
