| Show morgan schools will open 1948 49 season with classes on monday monday morning when the school child children reh alight fro from m the buses and troop into their various rooms they will find an immaculate school building the rooms have been scrubbed and painted new fluorescent lighting has been installed and everything is in readiness to start the new school year out right year an extra teacher has been found necessary for the large number of first graders starting this will make three first grade teachers in the elementary school louis W christensen reported that the attendance last year was exceptionally high 05 95 per cent attending high school and 1 4 p per er cent attending the elementary school this year from the seventh to the grades there will be an enrollment of students it is expected that pupils will be in the consolidated grade school under the supervision of superintendent perin louis IV christensen with ester hopkin secretary the high school faculty will consile consist of garth belliston genevieve dickson peter evans barbara kilpack robert miles nedra J nielsen J B storrs charles W stuart J L terry E T vest robert whittier clark wright II if pratt wright norma criddle and assistant coach bert whaley S ross hunt will again be in the seminary the elementary teachers ten chers under raymond larson as principal will be virginia baer bessie brough mabelle crouch benon Fa farrell Trell mabelle abelle Af G fleming ann mcdonald margaret mckinnon mary rawle zina sherwood ada waldron and evelyn pace |
