| Show NO MANS LAND in every community we have acres and acres of property that is untouchable it appears that these vacant lots and centers or of blocks are inflicted with some dreaded communicable disease that wards us all away from having any contact with them other than visual this diseased property as we have to assume lies ill and for in the same community bed as our healthy land are we as supposedly educated and civilized people ignoring a plague that is sweeping our communities muni ties and undermining the solid foundation for a healthy living laid down by our pioneers dt we scientifically approach this problem with the same energy and enthusiasm as we have others that have threatened our public welfare or is it the philosophy of our people to wait until the menace is so 1 great reat that we have to fight for more maintenance of what remains other than improvement our NO MANS LAND is a community health epidemic and should be un relentlessly attacked now and given the same attention as other contagious and malignant diseases receive in our communities WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT YOURS |
