| Show FUNDS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE FOR SMALL UTAH reservoirs funds will be made available for utah by the present united states congress to begin a program of small reservoir construction in the state according to a statement of V U S senator william H king tie senator expressed the opinion congress would make available funds to begin construction of the adall reservoirs and would raise the appropriation now budgeted for U S bureau of reclamation la investigations of water projects to the reclamation fund it if passed would permit continuation of investigations now in progress on bear lower weber price virgin and san ratael rafael rivers and the colorado river great basin project I 1 of a number of possible sites for reservoirs investigated in summit I 1 county feasibility of three sites is now under consideration on the weber river all three sites are located on larrabee Lar raDee andare and are known as upper lower and middle larrabee flat sites the upper site would have a dam 44 feet high storage capacity for 2233 acre feet feel of water and would cost approximately the middle flat site is estimated to cost and have a storage capacity for 1120 acre feet and would have a dam constructed constructed 49 feet high the lower project if constructed would cost have a storage capacity of acre feet and a dam feet high |
