| Show lions club hellma in jamboree it is reported from authentic sources that the local lions club has something under its hat to add a little spice to our wednesday afternoons ter wednesday afternoon june has been set aside as a day when the general public may see these jungle beasts in a playful f ul mood in the city park there will be an assembly of lions from heber kamas morgan and Co alville they will frolic on the green for a full afternoon the public is invited to attend and participate there will be a penny scramble and races tor for the kids hor shoes shoot 1 ing matches and other contests for the adults lions from the various I 1 communities will engage in soft ball games with erect manes and bared fangs then at 6 P M some of the mighty males of the local I 1 club will sally forth on a hunt and bring back the barbecued meat which will be served in generous quantities for a consideration at 9 P M every one will join in a carnival dance where there will be confetti serpentine hats etc and the biggest treat of all will be the booths on the side of the hall man oh man what there is going I 1 i to be in those booths well come and see for yourselves j summit county bee |
