COAL VILLES NEW CITY PARK TO HAVE improvements Coal villes new city park Is to be eji closed with an ornamental fence it was decided by the city council at their regular meeting and instructions have been issued to tiie the committee having this work in charge to secure the necessary cost data tor for submission at a later meeting ng of the council it was also decided to complete the installation of the bath houses which was begun last fall at the new city swimming pool so that same will be ready fox for use early this summer work of re finishing the city hall quarters so that the library may occupy pa part rt of the space has been completed and the library will soon be open to the public in its new home
