| Show AT 1 I A convention TO BE HELD IN COALVILLE 1 the M 1 I A convention for summit and morgan counties will be held in coalville Co alville sunday september 14 1930 all stake and ward officers will be expected to be in attendance special invitations will be extended to stake presidencies cies members of the high council and ward bishops members from the general board M I 1 A at salt lake city will be in attendance to give the assembly instructions for the coming year luncheon will be provided for all visitors every effort should be made to secure percent attendance of ma MI A stake and ward workers by approval ot of the first presidency M L A officers are excused from the sunday school to attend the convention ven tion the general board will present an attractive copy of the 1930 slogan to all stakes having 75 per cent of required officers appointed and 75 per par cent of appointed off officers acers present at the convention this means in order for a stake to win a banner it must have appointed JOINTLY an average of 20 officers in each ward and 20 stake board members and have present at the convention JOINTLY an average ot of 14 officers from each ward and 14 members from the stake boards text for this convention the new supplement lime n t to the M L A hand book for 1930 price loc per copy per dozen stake stake presidency |
