wanderer colonel roosevelt with mrs roosevelt and ker mit by ills his side bide stood on the deck waving his hand arid and smiling the familiar smile and the waiting thousands cheered him again and again reception committee takes take him at quarantine the necessary formalities mali ties were quickly over and the official reception com committee took tho the colonel and his party aboard its in an enclosure in tho the center of battery park were distinguished guests including senators representatives ambassadors and close personal friends of mr roosevelt surrounding this enclosure was waa
