A No The law provides that the administrator of veterans affairs may approve an application for the guaranty of a loan within certain certain- limitations but the actual loans are made by regularly established banks lending agencies and private lenders Q What What does the law specifically provide regarding the purchase of a farm and anti farming equipment A A.
