tangible tangible tan tan- gible property in the State Stale according to its value in money and shall prescribe by bylaw bylaw bylaw law such regulations as shall secure a just valuation for taxation of such property so that every person and corporation cor lor corporation shall pay a n tax in proportion to the value of his her or its tangible property provided that the Legislature may determine the manner and extent of taxing transient livestock and livestock being heing fed for slaughter to he be used used cI cIfor for h hum u m nn n a n consumption Land used for agricultural purposes may
