A Welch Dies Of Heart Ailment Frederick Azra Welch Velch 64 died at his home in Manti 1 at a. a m. m Thursday of a n heart ail ail- ail ail- ment He had been ill and confined to bed for several weeks He was born in Morgan Utah Sept 27 1889 a son of Charles A. A and Mary Louiza Hinckley Welch He moved with his family family family fam fam- ily to the Big Horn Basin in Wyoming in 1900 among the last of the pioneers to move from Utah and help colonize settlements out of the state sUite He filled a mission to the Southern States in 1913 16 and served with the American Armed forces forc forc- es in France durin during World War WarI I being in action without rest for a long period of time Mr 11 Welch Velch married Nora C. C Huff Iluff of of Dugspur r Va June 9 1920 in the Logan Temple They made their home in Wyoming Wyoming Wyo Wyo- ming but moved to Manti lanti in 1948 and had been active in temple work He was a h hi high i g h priest in the Manti North Ward at nt time of death He is survived by his widow Manti three sons Azra H. H and Fred H. H Welch Velch Salt Lake City and Arthur H. H Welch Velch Manti one daughter Mrs 1 Mearle 1 C.
