R Morgan Dyreng Clyde Cox Lee Hawks Howard Stewart Bill Funk and myself met together in front of your residence to determine the adequacy of the backfill The first spot was was- was chosen chosen at random and the contractor removed the lover over cover from the pipe and the bedding was found to conform to plans and specifications At that time the back hoe left the site and Mr R.
