C Omen and were Invited to ride and finish their honeymoon Coming to this city the day of October 1869 He lived a short time In Moroni but fate drove him back to Mt Pleasant where he re re- re sided for over 50 years He was a member of the United Order and helped build the Manti Temple In 1882 he was elected a member of the constitutional c convention In 1884 he was elected mayor of Mount Pleasant Pleasant Pleasant Pleas Pleas- ant re-elected re in 1886 and again in 1888 In the fall of that year he toured the southern counties of the state for his church inthe In Inthe Inthe the Interest of the ManU Mantl Temple accompanied by Cyrus H.
