T Blaine Moore to head the Biological Biological Biological Bio Bio- logical Sciences Department a new position and Mrs Gwen Home and Family Living replacing Miss Marlene I Hatt Hatton n who held that position for or two years One other new staff member was introduced through this paper earlier He Heis Heis Heis is Du Duane ne Ryan who will speech and drama Mr Moore 1 is a native of Spanish Fork where he attended elementary and high schools He has a master of science degree from Brigham Young University He taught high school for four years at Vernal and three years at Spanish Fork lie He is 36 years of age and served for three years in the army during World War Val II mostly in Italy and for 18 months during the Korean conflict He is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Latter Saints and is married to the former Beuna Fay Peterson They and their year two-year-old son and two old old daughter live in the former Leon Olsen home North 1st West Vest Mr 11 Moores Moore's hobbies are photography and outdoor sports MRS is a native of Byron Wyoming and received a bachelor of science degree from Utah State University University University Uni Uni- In 1956 She taught for two years in the Byron High School She is a member of the church and Is is married to Philip They have one son Mitchel 14 months of rage age They live at 1 Manti MantL A picture of Mr 11 Moore 1 is is' published in this issue and one of Mrs 1 is expected to be available for next week 14 l Faculty Members Do Summer Study Fourteen members of the Snow College faculty studied toward advanced degrees during t the h e summer months and one is continuing continuing continuing con con- on again this winter Doing post-bachelor post work to toward toward toward to- to ward a masters master's degree were Darwin Woodbury Robert Stoddard Stoddard dard Mrs Ruth Olsen Garth Beacham and nd Mrs Winnie Vinnie Clark Mr Beacham r received his master master master mas mas- ter degree from BYU in August Do Doing ng post-Master post study were Nellie Ray Duane Ryan Fred Allred and Joseph W.
