P Lund of Manti 1 delivered the principal address and complimented the people of his county on the excellent spirit spir spir- it shown in training men to the skills of construction maintenance ance and repair of things needed needed needed need need- ed and the preparation of its youth for the great task of earning a living even though it itis itis itis is necessary to leave the area for employment He stated that i it pays dividends to the county i ito to have skilled men for both home and home from work as it gives a finer impression of the area and its people to the outside if fine craftsmen come from Sanpete Mr 1 Lund also stated that in his o 0 opinion p pin i n f ion o n apprenticeship should be carried out to the fullest in all communities of the tho state Speaks For Apprentices Alma Anderson one of the apprentices to complete training as a mill millman man and ca cabinet inet maker arranged the meeting and spoke for the completing apprentices of the county He stated that through training earning a good living will be much easier for each of the men and that all allcan allcan allcan can serve better the county state and nation Wm Vm L.
