B Tuttle Dies Saturday Mrs Clarice Beal Bell Tuttle 69 died last Saturday evening of a aheart aheart aheart heart ailment Her death came suddenly and as a shock to her family and to her many friends who had seen her about town only a day or two prior to her death Mrs Tuttle was born in m Ephraim Ephraim Ephraim Eph- Eph raim on September 14 1883 a daughter aughter of George and Linda Beal and she lived in Ephraim for or several years The family later ater moved to Richfield where she spent her chil childhood hood She was married to Anthon Peterson Peters n of bf f Ephraim and he was killed two weeks after the marriage Afterward she attended attended at attended at- at tended Snow Academy where she graduated with a major in dressmaking which was her busy work whenever she had hada a free minute from service to others She was married to A. A M. M Tuttle in the Manti ManU Temple Temple- on June 22 1910 Mrs l Tuttle has been active in church and civic affairs all her life She was president of the North Ward Yard Relief Society and f for far r five years was president of the South Sanpete Stake Relief Relie Society She has been a faithful faithful faithful faith faith- ful block teacher in the Relief Society for many years She was active in having served as a delegate to state conventions and being otherwise active in city a and anc n d county affairs as a member of the Ladies Republican club For ten years Mrs Tuttle was an ordinance worker in t the h e Manti Temple and she has been active in doing temple and genealogy genealogy genealogy gen gen- work for the dead She was advisor for the L D S Girls program in the Manti lanti Center ward She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pion Pioneers ers am and was chaplain for that organization tion in Manti She had long been a member of the Mant Manti Ladies Literary club serving on various committees in the club She is survived by her husband husband husband hus hus- band a daughter Mrs 1 Clifford June Gee Salt Lake City a ason son son A A.
