Show Prominent M antian Dies of Heart Attack James Joseph J Jensen ens n 68 prominent Manti citizen and banker died Monday Monday Monday Mon Mon- day of a heart attack at the home of ofa a son J. J Allen Jensen Salt Lake City Born in 1878 in Tolne Tome Denmark Mr Jensen was a son of Niels C C. and Dorothea Jensen He came to America America America Am Am- erica when two years of age after his parents had become converts to the theL L L. L D D. S. S church The family first settled settled settled set set- in Spring City and later moved with a colony of L. L D. D S. S members to old Mexico He married Alice Mary Downard of I Spring City in the Manti temple in 1899 and they settled in Manti where he later became assistant cashier of the Manti City bank He had also been a successful farmer fanner and stockman stock stock- man man He was active in Civic work and served two terms as Sanpete county treasurer He was also active in church work and was a high priest at the time of death Survivors include seven sons and nd daughters Joy L. L Jensen and J. J Allen Al Allen Allen Al- Al len Jensen Salt Lake City Loyal O. O Jensen Ogden J. J Jensen Mt Pleasant Therald N. N Jensen Price Mrs Dortha Jolley Phoenix Arizona and Mrs Maida Larsen Monroe 12 grandchildren and one great grand child and the following brothers and sisters Sine Nielson Mesa Arizona Andrew Allred Safford Ariz Amanda Amanda Aman Aman- da Hansen Spring City and Niels B.
