Show Hoop Greats Near Climax Of Prep Clinic Sessions The prep all-star basketball and football games Friday and Saturday night will climax a busy week on the University of Utah Por the past two weeks the athletes have a preview of things to come on the practice fields of the Ute campus and the court of the Besides the daily workouts of the prep the Utah High School Coaches conducted their annual football and basketball clinic in the Giving the basketball lectures were Vadal popular Ute and hoop coach at Long Island Besides their work at the clinic the two coaches helped out with the training of the two all-star cage Vadal's lectures dealt with coaching techniques and methods of training a basketball team and were complete with practical demonstrations on the fieldhouse Both cage and grid sessions were attended by high school and college coaches from Utah and surrounding Handling the grid in the clinic were Jim University of Oregon coach whose team tied California for the Pacific Coast Conference and Leo Meyer of Texas Christian U.
