BIG prospering harvesting has been completed on the big dig ranch formerly known as the livingston fanch now owned by walker bank trust company they gor tons of good alfalfa hay which will all be fed and 1650 bushels of grain they have now on the farm 4 head of sheep which will be fed and it Is possible that the farm may keep over the ewes and raise lambs heretofore they have ship ped or sold and not raised lambs it if the outlook appears to hold a profit they will gradually work into raising lambs on the place as well as feeding each year some of the land Is be ing rotated new brought in and the old given a rest with this meth od employed the land will be built up to highest efficiency mr J R Is the man ager of the farm who with his son ronald have had experience with sheep at parowan carowan and know the profit from them in normal times the big ranch Is showing up well and no doubt will improve
