THE LOT OF AN EDITOR 1 the following Is banded handed us for publication which will make us all giggle I 1 don t know how newspapers got into the world and I 1 don it think god does tor for he slat got bothin to say about em ein in bible I 1 thank the editor Is missing link we read of and that he stayed in the bust ness until after the flood came out and wrote the thing up and haa has been kept busy ever since I 1 it if the editor makes a mistake folks say he ought to be hung but if the doctor makes a mistake he buries it and people don t say noth in they can t read latin when the editor makes a mistake there s a big law suit and swearing and a big fuss but it the doctor makes one there theres s a funeral with flowers and perfect silence A doctor can use a word a yard long without him or anyone else knowing what it means but it if the editor use sone he hes s got to spell it it if the doctor goes to see another man mans s wife he charges for the vis itt at but it the editor goes be he geta gets a charge of buckshot any college can make doctors to lorder border but editors has to be born
