Show fillmore society doings last friday night nigh tho the district attorney A J melville was vas i greatly surprised by a crowt of young married warria d people coming to his home and taking possession thereof hereof t it wits was thought thou g lit for a while that trouble would brew as mrs melville was compelled to join the ladi ladies es in th thu parlor while mr M melville elville was taken the best of care by the gents it wab not ion long before mr and mrs Nl melville elville were informed that it was a surprise and that the gents were to cook supper eatables of every description were carried to the melville home by the boys in the evening and tin an elaborate supper prepared the table was decorated with flowers and beautiful table linen I 1 the supper was all ready to sit down to within one hour f from rom the time the boys started which the ladies decided wits was marvelous and a hearty meal enjoyed by evera everyone one there the bill of fare consisted of fried ham bam and eggs mashed potatoes milk gravy peas lobster libster salad served on lettuce lef conce leaf ahee cheese se pickles pickle coffee oranges candy nuts Unno lemonade nade ice cream cram and tooth picks which james kelly insisted should be served with the second course after supper firework fireworks wera were tired on oil the hill every evely boly participating those present were mr and and mrs jai james ns kell mr and mrs J A melville mr and M mrs rs marion greenwood mr and mrs I 1 nephi anderson mr mi and mrs henry anderson ali miss as annie annab 11 huntsman mr and mrs ernest carting carling mr and mrs sam barn greenwood and mr and mrs roy dame mr and mr mrs clark gallister callister were unable to join the 1 merry crowd but were notified of the returning home during the small hours of the morning over the telephone tuesday evening last mr and mrs james kelly mr and mrs alex ill melville elville mr and mrs greenwood mr and mrs sam sain greenwood mr and mrs roy dame daill e and nl mr r and 01 mrs rs henry anderson and miss aliss helen greenwood enjoyed a hay rack ride when they hada merry time supper was served at ei eight ht 0 clock after which married life was for forgotten t otten for about abou t two hours and everybody every bod returned to their boyhood and girlhood days which was evident from the games g ames entered into by them namely hide and seek and robber obber ll after returning to town some serenading sere was suggested after which the crowd all returned to their homes de daring claring they had had one of the merriest times of the seasons |
