Show N ADA NEWSLETS Miss Ann Drier and Miss Elizabeth Eliza-beth White left last Friday for En-cinitas, En-cinitas, California. The former will remain in California until spring, while the latter expects to visit until fall with her aunt. Mrs. H. W. Schoaf. Bob Moore left a week ago Friday for Delta, where he has a position as section foreman. P. T. Keillor is the new foreman of Nada, succeeding LeRoy Elliott, who went to Santafuin. Four auto loads went to Miners-ville Miners-ville to celebrate the Fourth. They report a very pleasant day there and returned in time to enjoy the picnic supper, tennis and swimming at Hot springs, after which the day was fittingly fit-tingly closed with a jolly dance at Thermo school house. A. Stephenson spent the Fourth at Beaver and Milford. Mike Schoaf has been ill but is improving im-proving at present-Mrs. present-Mrs. H. M. Dinwiddie and son, G. H., made a flying trip to Cedar one day last week W. F. Rhodes returned from a short visit in Arkansas. ' Mr. and Mrs. T. J. Norris and sons returned Saturday from Arkansas. They made the trip in their car. Mr. N. reports Arkansas "too wet for desert rats." a. |
