BLACK ROCK NEWS Leon McCallister, operator at Mo-dena, Mo-dena, has been here visiting his parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. L. McCallister. Saturday evening Mrs. A. G. James entertained at a shower and dancing party given in honor of Miss Ina Huntsman of Fillmore who will be married this month. Miss Huntsman Hunts-man received some beautiful and useful use-ful gifts. Among those who enjoyed the dancing were Miss Jessie Xavot-ney, Xavot-ney, Miss Anna King, Misses Benitr. and Helen James, Mr. and Mrs. John Stahl, Mr. and Mrs. Walter James. Mr. and Mrs. Merril Miller, Miss Ina Huntsman, Vern Anderson, Jack Robertson, D. C. Marvin, Francis Brothersen, Sheldon Larson, Martin Brethwate, Ed Nelson, and John Armstrong. Arm-strong. Rreffeshments were served at a late hour. D. C. Marvin, inspector for the. U. P. wag a business visitor here last week. Walter James has been on the sick-list sick-list the last few days. Mrs. Hermon Kaminski is spending several days at the guest of Mrs. H. A. Stahl.
