Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS . State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, March 9, 1925. Notice is hereby given that the Flag Mining company, whose post office address is Provo, Utah, har; made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1919, to appropriate 1-10 c. f. s. of water from Blond Springs in Beaver County, Coun-ty, Utah. Said water issues at two springs which are described as follows: fol-lows: Spring No. 1, 8,334 ft. N. and 18.069 ft, W.from the SE cor. otj Sec. 36, T. 29, S., R. 15 W., S. L. M.j and Spring No. 2, 8,143 ft. N. and. 18,021 ft. W. of said core. The water from Spring No. 1 will be collected in a concrete gallery and conveyed to Spring No. 2 by means of a 4 inch cement pipe where the waters of the two springs will be commingled and diverted therefrom and conveyed a distance of 29,000 ft. to a po!nt 3,-736' 3,-736' ft. S. andl 28,588 ft. W. of the ot the NE cor. of Sec. 12, T. 30, S., III. 14 W., where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st ofj each year for general mining pur. poses and for domestic purposes ae the Emma No. 1 Mine in the Pine Grove Mining District. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as File No. 9609. All protests against the . granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be by affidavit in duplicate, accompanied with a fee of $1.00 and filed in this office with-j in thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
